Eurotex International has recently completed the refurbishment of 36 Paxman YJ cylinder heads, for an international client. After an initial clean, the heads were fully stripped, crack-detected and inspected before entering the machine shop for machining repairs required.

A second stage deep clean was carried out before the cylinder heads were painted, fitted with new injector tubes and plugs. Following a pressure test, the cylinder heads were given a final clean before the fitting of the new seats, valve guides, and valves prior to final assembly.

The refurbished heads were finished, preserved and packed ready to be sent to the client. A cost effective solution, delivered on time to the client. Just one of many refurbishment projects undertaken by our experienced and skilled team of engineers. 100% new parts are used to rebuild, a process which can be carried out to extend the life of virtually any cylinder head.
