Eurotex International Ltd has successfully delivered the seventh totally refurbished 12YJCAZ Crankcase to an Overseas Sovereign Navy as part on an ongoing support and aftercare contract.
The crankcase formed part of a contract to rehabilitate units that were deemed beyond technical / economical repair but have successfully been returned to ‘as new’ condition and will be reintroduced into the fleet for continued operation therefore further extending the ‘life expectancy’ of the obsoleted engine.
After a comprehensive machining and welding programme the crankcase was fully inspected using the recently purchased Absolute ROMER Arm, pressure tested and witnessed by a Lloyd’s inspector in accordance with the client specifications and EIL’s comprehensive Quality Management System.
This client has already opened negotiations for a further eight units to be included in the extended contract.
Eurotex International Ltd. is established as the home of Paxman Ventura and Valenta full support and aftercare for all applications worldwide.
